The armed forces in addition to paying attention to hard power in the battlefield as one of the components of combat, have not neglected the use of soft power and by using the findings in the field of cognitive science in search of practical solutions to increase the amount of learning and training the staff are in the army. In this research, we seek to find answers to two questions; to what extent can we use cognitive neuroscience in teaching and learning in the army and what is the use of the brain-compatible teaching-learning approach in teaching and learning? Based on this research, cognitive neurosciences, which study cognitive functions according to the function and structure of the brain, are considered a suitable theoretical basis for teaching and learning with a cognitive approach, and their approaches will be very useful in teaching and learning; Such as the principles of teaching-learning compatible with the brain, knowing and applying them in the process of teaching and learning the language of army personnel is very useful and enlightening. This research has been prepared in a descriptive way, in terms of the type is applied research and in terms of the approach, it is mixed. In order to investigate the role of cognitive science in the components of teaching and learning in Aja, field and library methods have been used to collect data. The tools of data collection are questionnaires, interviews of experts, review and study of documents and books and articles.
