Objective:nvestigating "Feeling of Social Inequality" among the employees of Aja higher education centers using six main indicators: poverty, discrimination, deprivation, ethnicity and race, education and social class.
Methodology: This research is of an applied type in terms of purpose, which was done in a descriptive manner with a mixed approach. Its statistical population is 52people, including experts who are knowledgeable about social inequality issues, and who are familiar with the staff of IRIA higher education centers. To analyze the data obtained using SPSS software and to test the normality of the data distribution, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov method was used, and in the inferential analysis of the data, the Chi-square test and Friedman tests were used.
Findings: There is a high level of feeling of social inequality in the three indicators of poverty, discrimination and education, and other indicators include deprivation, social class and ethnicity and race at the level of the military community and the focus area of this article, i.e. IRIA higher education centers, in the rank The next ones are located.
Originality: The level of feeling of inequality and dissatisfaction of people in the higher education centers of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army in the province is moderate and fragile, and it can be said that increasing the feeling of inequality can have an effective role in increasing the level and quality of their dissatisfaction.
