Today, with the advancement of remote sensing technologies, it is possible to achieve images with different spectral and spatial resolution. Interpreting photos and extracting information from the image has become a powerful tool for identifying the target. What has been done so far in the field of camouflage effectiveness evaluation research is in the form of providing an optimal algorithm for target detection using a batch of images with the same specifications, and in none of them is a specific strategy for camouflage evaluation presented. In this study, while examining camouflage assessment methods, different images and identifiable features that could be extracted from them were categorized from the perspective of camouflage assessment, and by examining the effective parameters in camouflage assessment, a framework for addressing the issue of design effectiveness evaluation. Camouflage was provided. Explaining the topics of this article showed that the proposed framework can not only identify the various dimensions of research related to the subject of camouflage assessment but can also prevent possible errors in defining the subject of future research.
