Objective: The present research was conducted with the aim of determining the requirements of manpower for the implementation and use of the mechanized and smart system of support in army ground forces.
Methodology: The current research has a mixed approach, in which methods such as documentary studies and content analysis were used in the qualitative part, and expert survey and data description were used in the quantitative part.
Findings: To achieve the desired pattern, after interviewing 11 military experts in this field, the items related to the researcher-made questionnaire were counted and completed by 91 commanders, professors and experts of Islamic Republic of Iran Army. Data analysis has been done in the qualitative part by using data refinement, summarization and display, and in the quantitative part by means of descriptive statistics (spss software).
Conclusion: The results indicate that the 3 main dimensions of manpower requirements for implementation and deployment consist of macro system users, macro system leaders and training with the number of 14 indicators calculated from the study of sources and interviews with experts, based on the answers obtained from 91 people from The statistical population of the quantitative part has been confirmed that In the meantime, macro-system users with 6 with an average of 4.30 out of 5 are ranked first in importance and priority, and training with an average of 4.25 and macro-system leaders with an average of 4.20 out of 5 are placed in the next priorities according to the respondents.
