The main objective is to explain the phenomenology of the convergent command and management of Martyr Sayad Shirazi based on Max Scheler's theory of religious action. The secondary goals of this research are:
1. The correlation of the dimensions and components of convergent command and management based on Max Scheler's theory of religious action.
2. The correlation of the phenomena of convergent command and management in Martyr Sayad Shirazi’s written experiences with his colleagues and comrades.
The type of research is developmental and the research method is correlational with a mixed approach. The data analysis method is using linear regression and analysis of variance (ANOVA). The research hypotheses indicate that there is a significant difference between the dimensions and components of Martyr Sayad Shirazi's convergent command and management in religious action (based on Max Scheler's theory). The target population includes 50 elite individuals who were contemporaries of Martyr Sayad Shirazi and served with him in various fields and have documented their experiences, as well as a statistical population of 145 professors, commanders, and managers of the ground force of the AJA with rank 18 and above and holding a master's degree in defensive management (from DAFOOS AJA). The sample size, calculated based on the Cochran formula (calculated online), is 100.
Conducting this research is significant in terms of recognizing and introducing a new style of command and management for wars that involve limitations in human resources, structural divergences, organizational culture, training, and overall hybrid warfare.
