Nezaja's Mobile Assault Brigades are one of the most agile, efficient and fastest combat units of the armed forces, which the operations scene command exerts its effective influence on operations by using them on time. The existential philosophy of forming mobile assault brigades is a rapid and decisive reaction to dealing with the crisis and being present in the shortest time in the area of operations.
For this reason, the researcher raised the main question of this research, titled "How to promote the factors affecting the agility of the Ground Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Army", and to answer this question, the statistical population has selected 100 people from commanders, surrogates, and operations department of Nezaja’s regional headquarters, commanders, surrogates, deputy of brigade and G3’s of Nezaja’s mobile assault brigades.
This applied research was conducted using descriptive method (and mixed analysis), after exploratory interview with 7 experts and studying the available documents and resources, a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 22 items was designed and after confirming its validity and reliability, it was distributed among the statistical population and quantitative results have been analyzed by SPSS software.
After analyzing the collected materials, the results confirmed the promotion of indigenous military technology factors, the type of organization and preparation of human resources affecting the agility of ground forces (mobile assault brigades) and finally practical suggestions have been presented by the researcher to improve the agility of AJA ground forces.
