The general purpose of this article is "How the Islamic Republic of Iran Army performs in non-combat military operations (natural disaster relief and humanitarian aid) from 2016 to 2019".

general research question; What is the performance of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army in non-combat military operations (natural disaster relief and humanitarian aid) from 1395 to 1398? The studied society, units conducting non-combat operations; Its documents and statistical community includes commanders, managers and operational experts, descriptive research method, applied research type, mixed data analysis approach, library and field data collection method. To measure the indicators, the Likert scale was used and the researcher analyzed the research findings with a 98% confidence factor, and the summary of the results are: natural disaster relief operations and humanitarian aid operations have a positive effect on the evaluation of non-combat operations.

After examining the results in the hypotheses, the positive effect of natural disaster relief operations (preparation, response to crisis, reduction of disaster effect and restoration and reconstruction) and the positive effect of humanitarian aid operations (combating artificial (human) accidents and reducing unexpected accidents) in performance evaluation The Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran was approved in non-combat operations from 2016 to 2019.
