Purpose: The purpose of this research is to identify the harms that the Nazaja units face in the implementation of combat regulations.
Methodology: the type of applied research and the method of conducting descriptive research (case-based). In order to analyze the data, first the qualitative data has been classified and summarized, then processed and finally judged by the researcher. In this research, 25 experts were interviewed and the statistical population of the research consists of all the documents and documents related to combat regulations, as well as 135 people from the combat units of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Findings: The obtained results show that Nezaja units are faced with damages in 3 dimensions of structure, behavior and context in the implementation of martial regulations.
Conclusion: The identified injuries play an important and decisive role in the implementation of regulations in combat units. Therefore, in addition to the correct formulation of regulations, attention should also be paid to the obstacles in the way of implementing the regulations so that the path of the organization towards reaching the predetermined goals becomes smoother and a more favorable result is obtained from the implementation of the regulations in the combat units.
