Compared to the Iranian system, the British criminal law system deals with the criminalization of crimes and the punishment of terrorist acts in a unified and coherent manner under special criminal laws, and the British legal system uses the title "terrorism" to punish the perpetrators of terrorist crimes, but Iranian laws are used to prosecute the perpetrators. Terrorist acts use other punishments such as moharebeh, baghi, etc. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying the existing criminal strategies in the criminal laws of Iran and England against terrorism, which was analyzed by descriptive method and using library sources and domestic and foreign documents. Terrorism and related crimes are heinous crimes against humanity. By maintaining this integrity, in order to keep its anti-terrorist laws dynamic, by supplementing the previous laws, England has passed other regulations and has a single system in the face of terrorist crimes.
