The growing trend of various technologies, including military technologies, is not hidden from anyone. In today's world, due to influence of the growth of science and technology, the life of military products has been shortened and new product with higher capabilities are producted every day. Hense, military organizations and especially naval organizations need to identify and use new technologies. Due to decisive role of units on the fate of naval combat the need of the Navy for supremacy technologies and effect of them on the readiness of combat units is important. For this reason, researchers are looking for the identification of supremacy technologies and effect of them on the combat readiness of naval surface units. The current research was conducted in two independent stages, qualitative and quantitative. By using documents and documents, the experts' answers to the questions asked in the interview and the analysis of the statistical results obtained from the answers to the questionnaire, the analysis of the existing facts and then the identification of the supremacy technologies effective on the combat readiness of the surface floating units of the Navy in surface warfare in the horizon of 1414 were discussed
