‌ Identifying the effective factors on the training of the ground forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army (a case study of the training center 01)

Abstract
Objective: investigating the factors affecting the training of active duty employees under the training of the 01 Martyrs Training Center of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Methodology: This research is an applied-descriptive type with a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative) and it was carried out with the aim of investigating the factors affecting the training of active duty employees under the training of the 01 Martyrs Training Center of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Results: The results showed that the factors: the duration of preliminary combat training, the skills of commanders and trainers, educational tools and facilities, and educational content are considered to be the most important factors affecting the quality of education in these centers.
Conclusion: The duration of preliminary combat training, the skills of commanders and trainers, educational tools and facilities, and educational content are considered to be the most important factors affecting the quality of education in these centers.
