Drug addiction is one of the most important disasters in the international level, which knows no borders and has penetrated into all strata of society and is a serious threat to the health of human society and causes the collapse of many cultural and moral values and norms, as well as material and spiritual waste. has been With the attitude that addiction is the basis for the occurrence of other crimes (such as: self-dealing, theft, etc.); For this reason, it is known as the mother of crimes.Considering that military personnel as a part of society and its influence are naturally exposed to drug use; Therefore, if preventive measures are not taken, it can spread negative publicity and destroy the public mind towards the structure and society of Menzeh Aja.Therefore, in this research, the strategic action of AJA in preventing drug addiction among AJA employees has been described
type of applied research is the method of implementing contextual case research and the approach of mixed research (quantitative/qualitative).The statistical population includes all chiefs of inspection of the major units of the AJA subordinate forces who have at least the rank of major and 15 years of service, and there is an addict in their unit.The size of the statistical population, including the characteristics of the statistical population, is 70 people.The data collection methods were field and library, and the data collection tools included interviews, distribution of questionnaires and study of documents. The method of data analysis is qualitative and quantitative.The results of the research show that the most important strategy to prevent addiction is to create a culture of self-protection through awareness of the harms of drugs and related punishments
