Although the situation of the army and the 92nd Armored Division was in a complicated situation at that time and faced many problems and shortcomings, it was able to resist the Iraqi divisions for 45 days, so the purpose of this study was to explain the performance of the 92nd Armored Division of Ahvaz in‌ the defensive operations of the first year of the Holy Defense in stabilizing the aggressor in order to be able to answer the research question that the performance of the 92nd Armored Division of Ahvaz in‌ the defensive operations of the first year How was the imposed war in stabilizing the aggressor? It should provide a scientific and research answer.<br>The research method was historical-descriptive <br>Results: According to the 92nd Armored Division of Ahvaz, with three organizational brigades with less than 50% combat readiness, according‌ to the ‌regulations of operations, even such a unit‌cannot be placed in caution. However, it stood against 3 Iraqi divisions with 100% combat readiness and was able to resist the enemy for 45 days, the performance of the 92nd Division was very good. در مقابل هجوم عراق با سه لشکر زرهی به محور جنوبی تنها لشکر موجود بافرمان نیروی زمینی لشکر 92 به‌طور رسمی وارد دفاع از مرزهای کشور می‌شود تا بتواند ضمن تثبیت دشمن در مواضع نامناسب اقدام به پدافند از منطقه نموده تا زمان لازم را برای وارد عمل شدن سایر لشکرها و نیروها فراهم نماید. بااینکه در آن مقطع وضعیت ارتش و لشکر 92 زرهی در وضعیت بغرنجی قرار داشته و با مشکلات و کمبودهای فراوانی مواجه بوده است اما توانست به مدت 45 روز در مقابل لشکرهای عراقی مقاومت نماید لذا هدف این پژوهش تبیین عملکرد لشکر 92 زرهی اهواز در عملیات‌های پدافندی سال اول دفاع مقدس در تثبیت متجاوز بوده تا بتواند به سؤال پژوهش که عملکرد لشکر 92 زرهی اهواز در عملیات‌های پدافندی سال اول جنگ تحمیلی در تثبیت متجاوز چگونه بود؟ پاسخ علمی و پژوهشی ارائه دهد.<br>روش تحقیق از نوع تاریخی توصیفی بوده است <br>نتایج تحقیق: با توجه به لشکر 92 زرهی اهواز با سه تیپ سازمانی با آمادگی رزمی کمتر از 50% که بر اساس آیین‌نامه‌های عملیات حتی چنین یگانی نمی‌تواند در احتیاط قرار بگیرد. ولی با تمام توان در مقابل 3 لشکر عراقی با آمادگی رزمی 100% ایستاد و توانست 45 روز در مقابل دشمن مقاومت نماید عملکرد لشکر 92 عملکرد خیلی خوبی بوده است. https://www.qjws.ir/article_729452_d7a29b1b49974a25a8a58b8412c3590d.pdf
