Data analysis has been done in the qualitative part by using data refinement, summarization and display, and in the quantitative part by means of descriptive statistics (spss software).<br>Conclusion: The results indicate that the 3 main dimensions of manpower requirements for implementation and deployment consist of macro system users, macro system leaders and training with the number of 14 indicators calculated from the study of sources and interviews with experts, based on the answers obtained from 91 people from The statistical population of the quantitative part has been confirmed that In the meantime, macro-system users with 6 with an average of 4.30 out of 5 are ranked first in importance and priority, and training with an average of 4.25 and macro-system leaders with an average of 4.20 out of 5 are placed in the next priorities according to the respondents. هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی پیاده‌سازی سامانه هوشمند آمادی در نیروی زمینی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران صورت گرفته ‌است.<br>روش : تحقیق حاضر توصیفی و دارای رویکردی آمیخته بوده که در بخش کیفی از روش‌هایی همچون مطالعات اسنادی و تحلیل محتوا بهره‌برداری گردیده و در بخش کمی از پیمایش خبرگی و توصیف داده‌ها استفاده شده‌ است. <br><br>یافته‌ها: برای دستیابی به الگوی موردنظر، پس از مصاحبه با 11 نفر از خبرگان نظامی این حوزه، گویه‌های مربوط به پرسشنامه محقق ساخته احصاء شده و توسط 91 نفر از فرماندهان، اساتید و خبرگان آجا تکمیل گردیده‌است. تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش کیفی با استفاده از پالایش، تلخیص و نمایش داده‌ها و در بخش کمی از طریق آمارهای توصیفی (نرم‌افزارspss) انجام شده‌است. <br><br>نتیجه‌گیری‌: نتایج حاکی از آن ‌است که از 3 بعد اصلی الگوی پیاده‌سازی سامانه هوشمند آمادی شامل نیروی انسانی، الزامات سخت‌افزای و الزامات نرم‌افزاری که هرکدام متشکل از 3 مؤلفه هستند پس از مطالعه منابع و مصاحبه با صاحب‌نظران جمعأ تعداد 45 شاخص احصا شده که براساس پاسخ‌های به‌دست آمده از تعداد 91 نفر از جامعه آماری بخش کمی با 81 درصد و ضریب 4.5 از 5 به‌عنوان الزامات الگوی پیاده‌سازی سامانه هوشمند آمادی مورد تأیید قرارگرفته است. در این میان از نظر پاسخ دهندگان الزامات نیروی در رتبه نخست اهمیت و اولویت و همچنین الزامات سخت‌افزاری و الزامات نرم‌افزاری به‌ترتیب در اولویت‌های بعدی قرار گرفته اند. https://www.qjws.ir/article_728616_fd9f2cd65e20e735ab325df92c36eb5b.pdf
