Community consisted of 150 artillery infantry (11-55), which 108 infantry were selected using Morgan's table. Data collection tools included standardized and localized questionnaires from Patrick model and tests, which the results evaluated using Likert scale and was analyzed by T-test and SPSS.<br />Findings: after performing the mentioned tests, two dimensions and 3 components for evaluation were identified.<br />Conclusion: control group performed better in theoretical knowledge than the experimental group, while the experimental group showed its superiority in practical knowledge. Reaction level in Patrick's model showed that the performance of the control group was weaker than the experimental group in dealing with specialized training. Also, at the learning and behavior levels, the experimental group outperformed the control group by providing excellent feedback and behavior. The obtained results show the importance of combining practical programs close to real conditions. هدف: هدف پژوهش ارزیابی عملکرد کارکنان پایور توپخانه نزاجا بر مبنای آموزش‌های تخصصی بوده است. <br />روش: تحقیق از نوع کاربردی بوده و با رویکرد آزمایشی و کمی اجرا شده است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه‌های استاندارد و بومی‌سازی شده مدل پاتریک و آزمون‌ (تئوری/ عملی) بوده که نتایج با طیف لیکرت ارزش‌گذاری و با آزمون T و نرم‌افزار SPSS تحلیل شده است. جامعه مورد مطالعه متشکل از 150 پایور انتخاب شده از توپخانه‌های 11- 55 بوده، که با استفاده از جدول مورگان 108 نفر نمونه انتخاب شد. <br />یافته‌ها: در این تحقیق پس از اجرای آزمون‌های ذکر شده، 2 بعد و 3 مولفه برای ارزیابی عملکرد کارکنان پایور گروه‌های توپخانه نزاجا احصاء گردید.<br />نتیجه‌گیری: یافته ها نشان داد که گروه کنترل در اطلاعات تئوری نسبت به گروه آزمایش عملکرد بهتری داشت، در حالی که در دانش عملی گروه آزمایش برتری خود را نشان داد. ارزیابی سطح واکنش در مدل پاتریک نشان داد عملکرد گروه کنترل نسبت به گروه آزمایش در نحوه برخورد با آموزش تخصصی ضعیف‌تر بود. همچنین، در سطوح یادگیری و رفتار، گروه آزمایش با ارائه بازخورد و رفتار عالی با اختلاف زیاد از گروه کنترل پیشی گرفت. نتایج حاصل شده بیانگر اهمیت تلفیق آموزش‌های عملی و تئوری در بهبود عملکرد آموزشی است. https://www.qjws.ir/article_722253_26fdb4fff98d7fce8d2abfccac277add.pdf
