Journal Article 2023 04 14 <strong>Objective:</strong> investigating the factors affecting the training of active duty employees under the training of the 01 Martyrs Training Center of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran.<br /><strong>Methodology:</strong> This research is an applied-descriptive type with a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative) and it was carried out with the aim of investigating the factors affecting the training of active duty employees under the training of the 01 Martyrs Training Center of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran.<br /><strong>Results:</strong> The results showed that the factors: the duration of preliminary combat training, the skills of commanders and trainers, educational tools and facilities, and educational content are considered to be the most important factors affecting the quality of education in these centers.<br /><strong>Conclusion:</strong> The duration of preliminary combat training, the skills of commanders and trainers, educational tools and facilities, and educational content are considered to be the most important factors affecting the quality of education in these centers. <strong>هدف:</strong> بررسی عوامل‌ مؤثر بر آموزش کارکنان وظیفه تحت آموزش مرکز آموزش 01 شهدای وظیفۀ نیروی زمینی ارتش‌ جمهوری‌ اسلامی‌ ایران صورت گرفته است.<br /><strong>روش شناسی:</strong> این پژوهش‌، از نوع کاربردی‌- توصیفی‌ با رویکرد آمیخته‌ (کیفی‌ و کمی‌) است. جامعه خبرگان تحقیق فرماندهان و مدیران حوزه آموزش با جایگاه استراتژیست (درجه جایگاه 17 و بالاتر) و جامعه‌ آماری‌ این پژوهش‌، تعداد 2100 نفر از فرماندهان، مربیان و دست‌‌اندرکاران حوزۀ تربیت‌ و آموزش و کلیۀ‌ دانشجویان تحت آموزش یک دوره آموزشی، که دارای مدارک تحصیلی کارشناسی، کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری بودند.<br /><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> عوامل‌: مدت آموزش رزم مقدماتی، مهارت فرماندهان و مربیان، وسایل و امکانات آموزشی‌ و محتوای آموزشی ‌از مهم‎ترین عوامل مؤثر بر کیفیت‌ آموزش در این مراکز قلمداد می‌‌گردند.<br /><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> نتایج‌ حاصله نشان داد که‌ عوامل‌: مدت آموزش رزم مقدماتی، مهارت فرماندهان و مربیان، وسایل و امکانات آموزشی‌ و محتوای آموزشی ‌از مهم‎ترین عوامل مؤثر بر کیفیت‌ آموزش در این مراکز قلمداد می‌‌گردند.   https://www.qjws.ir/article_709258_6cedee3c59b463eb179fe335d3473ddb.pdf
