These transformations arise from events and trends that in the present age are referred to as emerging phenomena or emerging issues. Emerging phenomena have very wide dimensions that cover almost all aspects of individual and social life of human beings and human societies. In today's world, known as the "globalized world", emerging phenomena have also taken on a global character and transcended political boundaries. Therefore, it is necessary to study emerging phenomena in any society and to monitor and predict their effects, especially their threats and harms. This article seeks to answer the question of descriptive-analytical method in what areas and dimensions and emergencies of emerging phenomena and what strategies can be adopted to manage their effects and threats. With the hypothesis that in the Iranian and world society there are now several emerging phenomena with different components and effects that to manage them and deal with potential threats and harms and take advantage of the opportunities imagined by them, three strategies can be submitted. , Confronted and interacted. با عنایت به ذات تکامل و تحول‎گرای انسانی و به تبع آن جوامع بشری، در طول تاریخ همیشه اجتماعات انسانی دستخوش تغییر و دگرگونی بوده است. این دگرگونی ها از رخدادها و روندهایی ناشی می شود که در عصر کنونی از آنها بع عنوان پدیده های نوظهور یا مسائل نوپدید یاد می شود. پدیده های نوظهور ابعاد خیلی گسترده ای دارند که تقریباً تمام زوایای زندگی فردی و اجتماعی انسان و جوامع بشری در بر می گیرند. در دنیای کنونی که به «دنیای جهانی شده» معروف شده است، پدیده های نوظهور نیز خصلت چهانی یافته اند و از مرزهای سیاسی فراتر رفته اند. از این رو، بررسی پدیده های نوظهور در هر جامعه و رصد و پیش بینی آثار آنها به ویژه تهدیدات و آسیب های آنها یک ضرورت است. این مقاله به روش به توصیفی – تحلیلی در پی پاسخ به این سؤال است که پدیده های نوظهور در چه حوزه ها و ابعادی وچود دارند و برای مدیریت آثار و تهدیدات آنها چه راهکارهای می توان اتخاذ کرد. با این فرضیه که در جامعه ایرانی و جهانی اکنون پدیده‎های نوظهور متعددی با مؤلفه ها و آثار متفاوت وجود دارد که برای مدیریت آنها و مقابله با تهدیدات و آسیب های احتمالی و بهره‎برداری از فرصت های متصور از آنها می توان سه راهکار تسلیم، تقابل و تعامل را در پیش گرفت. https://www.qjws.ir/article_249459_fe12f56c09ac219492c319ec65d30b55.pdf
