Its goals, while exploiting the latest and advanced technologies, allocate huge costs to this every year; Therefore, in this highly volatile and uncertain environment, examining the areas of emerging threats from the perspective of the Supreme Command of the Armed Forces is an absolute necessity and becomes doubly important. Therefore, the present study, which investigates the above issue, is exploratory based on the purpose and applied based on the results and qualitative based on the research approach and the "documentary method" method has been used to collect information. According to the results, the emergence of emerging threats, including military areas, from the perspective of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief due to the actions of the enemies of the holy system of the Islamic Republic of Iran know that in his orders to foreign enemies with various methods of operation as well as internal enemies And it has been pointed out that infiltrators, seditionists and lawbreakers, in spite of their orders, these enemies sometimes provide the grounds for emerging threats in a hard way, and most of the time act softly and infiltratively. آنچه مسلم نظام مقدس جمهوری اسلامی ایران در مسیر پیشرفت حقیقی خود با طیف وسیعی از تهدیدهای نوپدید و ناامن کنندۀ دشمنان داخلی و خارجی در زمینه­های فرهنگی، سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، رسانه­ای، تبلیغاتی و غیره مواجه است و دشمن در جهت رسیدن به اهداف خود، ضمن بهره­برداری از فناوری­های روز و پیشرفته، هرساله هزینه­های هنگفتی را به این امر اختصاص می­دهد؛ بنابراین در این فضای به‌شدت تغییرپذیر و نامطمئن، بررسی زمینه­های بروز تهدید­های نوپدید از منظر فرماندهی معظم کل قوا یک ضرورت حتمی است و اهمیتی ضرورتی دوچندان می­یابد. ­لذا پژوهش حاضر که به بررسی موضوع فوق می‌پردازد، برمبنای هدف از نوع اکتشافی بوده و بر مبنای نتایج از نوع کاربردی و بر مبنای رویکرد تحقیق، از نوع کیفی است و برای گردآوری اطلاعات از روش «­روش اسنادی­» استفاده شده است. برابر نتایج به دست آمده زمینه‌های بروز تهدید­های نوپدید اعم از حوزه­های نظامی، از منظر فرماندهی معظم کل ناشی از عملکرد دشمنان نظام مقدس جمهوری اسلامی ایران می­دانند که در فرمایشات ایشان به دشمنان خارجی با انواع و اقسام شیوه عملکرد و همچنین دشمنان داخلی و عوامل نفوذی، فتنه‌گر و قانون‌شکن اشاره شده است که برابر اوامر ایشان این دشمنان گاهی به صورت سخت زمینه­های بروز تهدید­های نوپدید را فراهم می­آورند و اکثر مواقع به‌صورت نرم و نفوذی عمل کنند. https://www.qjws.ir/article_246717_d3e6d1be43d3fa36968d6ebcec5d6612.pdf
